But the value of a property appreciates year on year as you go up. And once the building is completed and it\u2019s ready for turnover occupancy, nag appreciate na yung value ng property \u2013 and that\u2019s one of the great things about real estate,\u201d explained Sotelo during his keynote speech titled \u201cRFO and Pre-selling: Understanding Which is the Best Investment for You\u201d at the recently-held Philippine Property and Investment Exhibition.<\/p>\n<p>The RLC Residences SVP further explained that one of the secrets behind the multi-awarded real estate developers\u2019 success through 30 years is that they always put the benefit of their customers at each and every real estate development that they build.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen you buy a condo or any piece of property, you\u2019re making a bet on the developer who\u2019s building it for you.
