(ALI) is visualizing the replication of the bustling community of Tarlac City\u2019s Poblacion area at \u2018Cresendo\u2019 \u2013 their newest mixed-use estate spanning 290 hectares, according to Business World.<br \/>\nALI eyes Cresendo as a \u2018modern local community\u2019 that joins commercial establishments, residential areas, and industrial growth within the vicinity.<br \/>\nWithin the 290-hectare project is Cresendo\u2019s core \u2013 a 30-hectare area which will house a school, a central plaza, a church, and a commercial district, to name a few.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-148784\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-2.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1440px) 100vw, 1440px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-2.png 1440w, https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-2-300x113.png 300w, https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-2-1024x384.png 1024w, https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-2-768x288.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"1440\" height=\"540\" \/><br \/>\n\u201cTarlac City has a poblacion \u2014 with San Sebastian Cathedral and across it is the plazuela and at the center is F. Ta\u00f1edo St. \u2014 the central business district of Tarlac. We were inspired by this one, and so in Cresendo, that will be our core,\u201d said Crescendo Estate Head John R. Estacio in a briefing with the press in Makati.<br \/>\nThe Business World reports Estacio furthered that Cresendo will be ALI\u2019s answer to complement the existing downtown area in Tarlac City.<br \/>\n\u201cWhat we bring as ALI is we will inject life\u2019s new conveniences and best practices over our collective experience. We feel this will work with them. It will be familiar, a little greener and organized. Cresendo Town Plaza is as big as the Tarlac City plazuela. In our culture, it would be the center for activities and seasonal community events. That\u2019s our ambition,\u201d he said.<br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-148785\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-3.png\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 930px) 100vw, 930px\" srcset=\"https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-3.png 930w, https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-3-300x172.png 300w, https:\/\/filipinotimes.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/ayala-cresendo-3-768x439.png 768w\" alt=\"\" width=\"930\" height=\"532\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Visualizing the new downtown<\/strong><br \/>\nSpecifications of commercial buildings within the town plaza will range from from 500 square meters (sq.m.) to 2,000 sq.m. \u2013 making it ideal for small to medium enterprises to launch their business, franchise a new store or perhaps put up offices in the area.<br \/>\nAs a nod to the environment, ALI also plans to develop a 1.5-kilometer greenway that stretches from the town plaza straight towards the planned 7-hectare River Terraces, that will be located near the planned residential development. Cresendo\u2019s River Terraces will feature marvels of nature including landscaped gardens, a viewing deck, jogging paths, as well as the estate\u2019s detention pond.<br \/>\nDon Bosco Technical Institute has been slated to soon open a senior high school and Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Center on a six-hectare lot within the Cresendo estate.<br \/>\n\u201cWe partnered with Don Bosco Tarlac to deliver quality and holistic education\u2026 By 2022, senior high school will first be offered here.
