When Filipinos think of living in condos, they immediately visualize tall buildings in the middle of an urban setting – or what majority of investors know as high-rise buildings.
But not all families fancy high-rise living, especially for those who have their grandparents like with them. This is why several families opt for mid to low rise condominiums instead – as seen observed during the recent editions of the Philippine Property and Investment Exhibition (PPIE), the biggest, longest running and most trusted Philippine business and investment forum in the Middle East.
Now on its eighth edition, PPIE will be held this coming April 10-11, 2020 at Crowne Plaza – Sheikh Zayed Road. Interested participants can register for free here: https://events.ppie.ae/register/
Here are some of the reasons why these families opt for mid to low rise buildings:
Optimal choice
With accessible areas and only a few floors to get to and from your home, growing families can enjoy less time travelling to and from several locations to relish their bonding moments together. Amenities available within these mid to low rise areas are similar to high rise ones, meaning families who opt for these don’t really miss out a lot on areas that would be places of relaxation and fun.
Location, location, location
Real estate developers cannot stress this enough: Families now have a lot of options to choose from even with mid to low rise condominiums, which is why the choice for location should be well thought of not just for their needs at the short-term, but moreso for their young children so that they can enjoy the benefits as they grow older.
Alleviating fear of heights
Families need not think about their family member who might have or develop fear of heights as mid to low rise condominium have less floors, making it more family-friendly not just for young children, but also for the elderly as they need not to rush to and from many plights of stairs in cases of emergencies.
